UNHCR駐日事務所とeCentreより現場での安全対策研修（Safety in the Field Workshop) の告知がありましたので共有します。
開催期間は2017年6月4から10日の4日間、場所はバンコク・フアヒンになります。締切りは4月8日正午です。
研修は教室での参加型ワークショップとタイ軍の演習場を使用した実体験型のワークショップの組み合わせで実施されます。期間中に以下のトピックがカバーされる予定です。
• The nexus between security, preparedness and field operations
• Humanitarian principles and humanitarian space issues
• Linkages between security and protection
• Assessing and mitigating risk, with a view to staying and delivering – operation continuity
• Office and residential security
• Threats associated with travel, crowds and mobs
• Weapons awareness: firearms, mines, UXOs and IEDs
• Hostage survival
• Reducing hostility and tension in others
• Special security concerns for women and girls
• Field communications, map reading, GPS and first aid skills
• Stress management and team work
• Humanitarian principles and humanitarian space issues

参加者のプロファイルとして、アジア太平洋 (Invitation Letterに詳細がございます) の国・地域のComplex Emergency Situationの現場で支援事業に関わり、研修で提供される知識・経験を必要とする職員が優先されます。研修は英語で実施されるため、高度な英語の能力が必要とされます。
